We are so thankful for the Tap Doctor. We are a new(ish) cidery business with 2 tasting bars, a retail tap line for growler filling and an active carbonating stations. We set up most of our systems ourselves, Pete has come in and corrected anything we had set up wrong and he made suggestions and changes to make our systems more efficient which in turn saved us money! He is always available for a phone call or text to troubleshoot issues we've had and on more than one occasion he has made last minute service calls (even on Sundays) to help us to assure our tap systems are operational for business. He has taken a tremendous burden off of us! I really can't say enough great things about this service. He's reliable and his expertise allow us to focus on other parts of our growing business because we know we can depend on the Tap Doctor for any of our tap, lines, gas, kegorator, etc needs.
